I'm going to begin training for a half marathon starting tomorrow morning. Its a 16 week program, and I was wondering what is the best types of foods to eat while running so much. I know carbs, but please list healthy carbs.
Also, how much weight do you think i could lose roughly by beginning running. Weekly i'll be running about 20 miles.
I'm currently 139, and want to reach my goal weight of 130. i'm 18 years old female, and 5'3.
Let me know your thoughts and comments.

healthy carbs are things like baked potatoes, even sweet potatoes, whole grain only breads, oats, grains like brown rice, quinoa, carbs from vegetables like zucchini and such.0
