Has anyone ever been out running and had to stop and urgently go do a poop in an alleyway?

    I run in the country so it would be the bush for me lol
    running is better than exlax for me

    My father-in-law was running a marathon and got the trots. No bueno, but I hear its common. The digestive system gets jostled.

    Yeahp, and I had to finish my run without socks, because i figured that was a much better option then sw-*kitten*.
