Try swimming or water aerobics or try pilates. Find a class near you. There is even cardio pilates. Your joints will thank you. Your back will thank you. Your feet will thank you. And because you have changed up your exercise your body will respond by losing again. Another way to prod weight loss is to reduce bread/potatoe/grain carbs (keep veggies) and bump up protein.0
