I decided I really have to focus on making being healthy a lifestyle. I always give myself leeway or make excuses, such as "I'll start tomorrow", "One snack won't hurt", and then I sort of spiral out of control. When that happens I eat mainly junk food that isn't healthy for me whatsoever. I need to change that to not only get in shape but not let the snack food run my life. I need to focus on me for once and I thought support from others would be a good thing. So I'm here. I'm 22, living on my own, and ready to make a change with my life/lifestyle.
