30DS Newbie... injury

Okay, 30DS didn't cause the injury, but it aggravated it. I had a very serious sprain right before Christmas 2012, and although my ankle remains a bit swollen, I'm able to walk, jog, do everything normally, EXCEPT, when I did my very first day of 30DS yesterday, the jumping jacks tweaked it immediately. I modified (replaced with jump rope) and completed the workout, but last night and this morning my ankle is a bit more swollen and painful.
Suggestions? I busted my *kitten* to work through that workout. This is new for me, having been so damn sedentary for so long. I finally started to see some success (loss of 15lbs and 8.5") I don't want to slow the momentum down.
