So I have been using MFP for the past 80 days and I notice ALOT of people really want to lose weight, but don't want to exercise, then complain that MFP is not working or that the recommended calories is too low. I mean, if you have 10 plus pounds to lose, you really want to exercise for a few reasons. You earn back more calories so you can feel satisfied, you will actually tone as you lose so you don't have to worry about all that lose skin and you get more energy.

There is a woman on my facebook, well not any more I deleted her - but everyday complained that she was tired, headaches, depressed, fatigued, sick, run down and couldn't take it any more, I told her on NUMEROUS occasions that exercise would help all of those problems, she didn't want to hear it.
