Breakfast meat alternative?

In an effort to cut down on sodium and saturated fats, I’m trying to cut bacon, sausage, and ham from my breakfast. Any suggestions for healthier alternatives for these foods?

I made egg muffins for the first time on Sunday. My muffin tin has 6 spaces so i made 2 batches and it covers 2 for 6 mornings! You can freeze too. Basically i used 15 eggs. I used 5 whole and the rest I just used the whites. Mix it all up with a little salt and pepper and keep aside. You can now basically add what you want to the muffin pan. for example i cooked up some spinach, added it into the muffin spaces and topped with the egg mixture just below the top. the ideas for this are endless. How about some turkey rashers cooked and cut up? or turkey sausage cooked and sliced and add a slice to each muffin space and top it up with the egg mixture. Or add the egg mixture with some cherry tomatoes placed at the top with some basil? You would likely need more than 2 to feel full, I normally have some almonds and a wholegrain rice cake to balance the meal out.
Only takes 20 mins in the oven too!0
