What is everyone's favorite healthy distraction snack for when the 3 o'clock slump has the vending machine calling your name???

    Often I can take a walk around the building to get my blood pumping and avoid the veding machine for another couple hours.

    I am stuck at my desk so I usually bring an apple, yogurt, a South Beach protein bar, or something similar.

    In fact... It's apple time here in Texas! Mmmm! :happy:

    all of that sounds good, I will have to try the tangerines and the laughing cow. I needed a change from my boring granola bar or trail mix! Thanks! :)
