I'm not at this for very long, but I had my first taste of success... down 15 (probably water) and a loss of 8.5".
Just this morning my boss' wife said to me "Lookin' good kiddo! Those pants look baggy!" And they do, just slightly. I bought them last summer, but never was able to squeeze my fat *kitten* into them!
She knows what I'm doing and has been a huge support and cheerleader, as she lost 200lbs a few years ago.
