I really started losing weight when...

What has been the key to your weight loss? When did you really notice the pounds start coming off? Was it when you started keeping track of your calories? Was is when you stopped drinking alcohol or soda? Was it when you began your half marathon training? Or was it a combination of things for you?

Just by counting calories, doing cardio every day 5 days a week, and cutting out junk food and soda I managed to lose 20lbs.

I just recently (yesterday) started doing body weight exercises, so hopefully i'll be able to preserve a little muscle mass.

when i accidentally started starving myself. But after that it was counting calories and reading labels, figuring out whats in the food i eat. I did eat less than what i am now but over 3500 calories a day, really bad food choices obviously.

when I keep it simple, focus on getting enough protein, calories, and lifting heavy *kitten* *kitten*
focusing on what I can do and what I have potential to do in my workouts.

I've been upping my exercise gradually over the last year or so, but so far watching my caloric intake is the thing that has really started the scale moving!

When I stared to eat healthier, only allowed junk/pop once and a while for a treat and realized how much I love to run!
