Good morning MFPs,
Well, I went to the gym at 5;30am first time I have EVER done this. I had to literally drag my butt out of bed but met up with my cousin and worked out for almost an hour (had to come back home and get the kids ready for school) I must say I am feeling very energized this morning and very motivated.
So as i'm telling my friend today about my little morning adventure she actually told me I should stop losing weight. that my face looks very slim and that I don't want to go overboard.......Imagine that!!
Let me paint a picture for you. I have lost about 40 lbs and have about 30 more to go. I started my weight loss journey weighing in at 247 (the heaviest I have ever been) my goal is to be at 179 which is 1 pound less then my pre- pregnancy weight from my first child 16 years ago. Mind you at my heaviest i wore a size 20w and now I am at a size 14. I am about halfway and for someone to tell me that I look good now and should just work on maintaining makes me feel great!!!!
Just had to share, love my friend she has been super supportive of my goals I thank her but she has just motivated me even more!!!!
