    If clean becomes the new obsession, you still have an obsession. And that's what's not good. The one thing I've cut out of my diet is things that I don't like. If it doesn't taste great, whether it's calorie dense or not, it's outta here. And if it tastes good and I enjoy it, I'll find way to eat it a lot if it is not calorie dense and fit it in occasionally if it is.

    And I've found that so far, that's been key to not having the blowout binge or even a day when I beat myself up. That, and great friends like OP who remind me that "life happens."

    imply put, they don’t support labeling foods as "good" or "bad" and instead support a “Total Diet Approach to Healthy Eating.”
