If I go to the gym for just a half hour is that weird?

If you're putting in the work and getting a good workout, then 30 minutes is plenty of time.

Not at all. Its about progression and intensity. If a half-our is all you can do, than that is perfectly fine, and a damn sight better than nothing.

On the other hand, if the intensity is high, a half hour can be all you need.

^ This. If you're weight lifting (even if you're a girl) you actually want to limit it to an hour anyhow. 30 min of cardio is good too, keep it up!

A half hour is far better than nothing. Nothing weird about it.

My workout only takes approx 40-45 mins. There really is no need to be in the gym any longer than an hour I have found unless you are doing weights and cardio. I do a routine of 3 sets of 12 different exercises.

There are people who spend way too much time talking and looking at themselves in the mirror, But for a lot of people they go for the social aspect as well as the exercise.

    Sounds like overtraining
