From HIIT to C25K, where do I start?

Hi Guys,
I got the second last week on the C25K and switched directions to HIIT, I've been doing HIIT for about a month now and I am very unhappy with the lack of results so I am going back to the C25K program where I want to run 5K.
Anyway... my question is where should I start in the program now that i've been off of it for the past month? Should I start half way and climb back up?
