I am weird and use milk in my tea. I certainly don't measure it by the cup or even quarter cup. Does anyone have a nutritional value by the Tablespoon?

1 tbsp is 15ml, find an entry that's in ml and use that.
Personally I just record 300ml per day and use that for my drinks.0 -
1 US cup = 16 US Tablespoons / 1Tbsp = .0625 Cup
but then, how exact can you measure everything? i measured my coffee once, now i fix it about the same every time, but count the measured one. if i use a different cup - i'll be 20 calories off, easy. maybe i need to scratch my nose some more for exercise :-p0 -
You can put it on the food scale and weigh by grams or ounces0
