I am 32 5'5" about 195. Looking to lose about 50 lbs. I use bodyrock.tv along with Beachbody programs. Looking for people to support and get the same in return. Already started the diet and will be starting the exercise on Monday April 22nd.

I have reached the point of no return. Looking for those who are in the same place - full steam ahead....
