The Sauna

Ok so I've read many different pro's and con's about the sauna as is such the case with practically anything.
I have found that I can spend 10-15 minutes in there before I begin my workout so that it gets my blood flowing and it gives me "energy" , per say. It also helps me warm up my muscles and I can do my stretches before doing my cardios.
What's everyone's input or opinion regarding the sauna?

I enjoy it after a workout to do a little stretching and it relaxes me. Also I thought I read somewhere that the heat slows opens your blood vessels a little more. I'm more wondering what the health differences are between the sauna and a steam room.0

I go and sit in the sauna after every workout for 30 minutes. Its a great way to relax after my workouts. It releases toxins that are in the body and extra water that makes you bloat. Overall I am a fan0
