Weight Loss Stalled?

Hi everyone,

I'm hoping some folks will be willing to give me some tips and ideas that may help with my current weight loss. To summarize, I weighed 440lb as of 2/1/13 and I am 6 foot 6 inches tall. I decided to start eating healthy after an accident and basically targeted 1600 calories per day because I thought the number on FitnessPal was pre-deficit though, I understand it's not? Anyway, I did that and hit 388 on 3/26/13.

In terms of exercise, I was walking 2 miles per day (5 times a week) on 2.8-3.1 speed at a 2.5 incline at the gym. (45 minutes)

From 3/26/13 - 4/1/13 I completely stalled, going from 389-387 with no changes to diet or exercise, I did more research and there were some suggestions that I wasn't eating enough calories considering my exercise. I wasn't logging my exercise in FitnessPal and was eating 1600 calories without making adjustments for exercise. (From 2/1/13 - 3/26/13)

That said, I bought a BodyMedia band, synced with FitnessPal and now eat like 2300-2400 calories but still have a 2000 calorie deficit per the armband after exercise etc. Even after all the changes I'm still stalled at 387. I'm starting to get frustrated and am looking for any suggestions.

A few things to clarify, I track my food well, I count anything I eat and when in doubt add up, not erroring on the side of caution. I've also started to walk 2.5 miles at 3.5 speed on 2.5 incline and now slow walk about 3/4 miles about an hour after dinner.

Looking for some help on getting my number to move down again :(
