Just trying to get fit

Hi all! My name is Kellie (MsKroberts10) and I am fairly new around here. I'm addicted to starbucks and I'm on a mission to simply get fit and live a healthier lifestyle. My current weight is 186. This I found out because I MADE myself get on the scale. I hate that thing, fit or not, but I needed to know.

However, my main goal is to see (and feel) the physical change in my body regardless of the number. I look forward to reading posts on the message board/blogs and following others journeys! :smile:
