DDP/YRG Yoga

Has anyone had success trying these DVD's? My husband and I just started them a few weeks ago. I really like it. I was having alot of trouble re-starting my exercise program, as i was continually getting injured or pulling muscles doing every day activities or just trying to jog across the street for a second at work. I have already noticed a big difference in my flexibility since starting these DVD's, and I'm really looking forward to reaching my goals now. Now that it is finally nicer outside, I am walking at least a mile on my lunch break as well.

  • I just started this yesterday. I think i'm going to love it. Incorporating the isometrics makes a huge difference. I'm doing this on top of cardio and gym classes on the weekends. Good luck!! :)

    I have one of his DVD's, but haven't actually tried it yet, schedule too crazy. But i'm hoping to start it soon. Curious to hear from others too see thier results

    I plan to start jogging again in a while too. First I'm going to add swimming to my workouts - another low impact exercise to avoid re-injuring my calf. Hopefully as I lose the initial few pounds I can then start jogging again without injury! Good luck to you too!
