Calorie Burning Estimates

I've found quite a few websites that calculate this, but I am still finding a great deal of variation. Which one do you rely on? HELP!

Doesn't matter, they are all just estimates. Pick 1 source and go with it.
The trick is to finding a calorie burn estimate that works with your food intake estimating. Over estimating cals burned is fine if you're also overestimating cals consumed. How you estimate doesn't much matter, as long as you find a method that you can sustain and that leads to results.0 -
