Pain in my thighs....

I was doing the 30 day shred workout and was doing well on it (level 3 day 3) until this past saturday when some how i hurt my right hip really bad. I could barely stand up let alone walked. I haven't worked out since and now my right thigh is hurting so bad today. Almost like its cramping up. It hurts to set and it hurts to walk. How do I help this pain? Is it from lack of exercising or just lack of stretching? I will do anything at this point to stop hurting. Wished I could afford to go to the dr, but I don't have insurance so this is not an option currently. Any suggestions would be great!

    A dull pain is ok, a sharp pain is not.

    If you feel like the pain is life threatening go see a doctor, if it isn't take some time to rest, drink water, take a bath, stretch and rest some more. After a few days if you still feel pain consider seeing a professional.
