Running AND strength training??

:bigsmile: Thanks everyone for ALL your advice. I see where I need to make some changes. Yeah, our KB instructor is VERY high energy and she mixes up everything into her workouts. Every workout is different. Sometimes we have partner pad work, sometimes use weights. Cardio wise, I think I'm OK. My HR can get quite high, but it goes down 20 bpm in one minute, so I'm not worried.
I usually feel fine after a workout. Sometimes sore, but that's to be expected as I always try to push a little harder each class. I listen to my body and take a break when I need to. I'm tired, but not exhausted. Having 2 teenage girls, a small farm, living with another family, and the general stressers don't help, but that's life. Exercise helps me deal with all of it :laugh:
I need to run more, eat even cleaner and get MORE sleep. Yes, I can see where that's a big problem(sleep). I'll start there...
