Not much to lose, but it hasn't been easy!

My goal when starting this was to get back into the shape I was when I left USAFA. I was 135 lbs of muscle, 5'5" at 18 years of age.

When I joined MFP i was 155 lbs at 5'5". I had already lost 5 lbs just watching how much I was eating.

My problem is I LOVE FOOD, especially junk food.

My success story so far...

I have not stopped eating anything in particular. I try not to eat fast food, mainly because it does not fit in my calorie allotment for the day. I set my MFP up for lightly active, because I do not do the same amount of exercise each day. Some days I coach Tumbling and Cheerleading. Other days I sit on my butt at a desk all day. Some days I do a little of both. I do count coaching as exercise. I try to run, do body weight exercises and just keep myself moving. I do eat back most if not all of my exercise calories. I allow myself 1-2 cheat days a week, where I may eat double my allotted calories. I also log everything, even on my cheat days, to keep myself accountable!

This has and will be a long process, but it will be a lifestyle change and not a diet!

I am currently bouncing between 143lbs and 145 lbs.

You're talking to the guy that had pop-tarts for breakfast.

    Stop copying me. :P

Keep up with what you're doing. That pretty much sums up my plan. Eat good but don't skip "bad" food. Try to hit the macros correctly and avoid horribly bad decisions like McDonald's for lunch.
