SODA is Good For You!!

But not the fizzy stuff. If you were hoping to hear that soda is good for you, sorry, not gonna happen in this thread! However, there is a SODA that's actually good for you and it's a behavioral modification. This is something you can do whenever you feel like your emotions are getting the better of you or you've feeling out of control.

S.O.D.A:

Stop: Stop the current action or thought or "Step back". You can physically take a step back and take a breath.

Observe: Observe what it is you're thinking in the moment.

Detach: Remove yourself from the emotion or thought pattern.

Awaken: Awaken and align to your highest potential, greatest good, best self. Ask yourself what your highest self would do?


Finally, SODA that's actually good for you!
