I'm new to mfp but so far I think it's brilliant.
I love food (like... LOVE food!) so I'm always looking for ideas for healthy meals and ways to stay within calorie allowance.
I'm 38, 5foot 2 and 176 lbs, hoping to lose at least 30lbs.
