Hi. I am trying to work out the calories in a homemade pizza base, I can work out the toppings etc but need help with the base.

My recipe is 450g plain white flour, 7g allinsons dry yeast, the same amount salt, about 250-300ml of water and a tablespoon of oil

Hope someone can help and thank you in advance

Use the recipe builder in your diary.
That said, the flour (white, wheat, enriched) is about 1638 cals for 450 g and the oil is about 120 cals for a Tbsp.
    I don't count the yeast.
  • 364 calories =450g of plain white flour
21 calories in 7g of yeast
    o calories in salt
116.5 calories in 1 tbsp of oil (vegetable) if using olive oil 1 tbsp =120 calories

total calorie count would be 501.5 calories using veg oil
