Not sure if i am doing this right. but does anyone know is it possible to tighten your stomach after surgery that has cut the muscles.

    or hysterectomy...yes..it has taken longer than other parts of my body...and ab work is still harder for me than anything else...but its getting there!! I actually bought a bikini!! may be too chicken to wear it anywear besides my yard...we shall see....

    yes only mine is 25 years old and starts at the belly button and runs all the way down.
