What is your method for logging sessions while weight training? Do you just bring a notebook with you and log after every set or each exercise? Do you wait until you get home and do it then? What is your preferred method?

When I get home. I started with paper, but everything else I do is electronic, so now this is too. I sometimes will write notes on my phone in the gym incase I forgot - these get transfered to my standard log when I get home.0

I use a spiral-bound notebook called "The Workout Log" (Joe Oliver). Keeps track of my exercises, as well as measurements, weight, etc. It's been helpful to me because I use to forget certain exercises that I wanted to do, or forget what weight I was at for particular exercises.0
