10kg in a month?

Hey all :D well my goal is losing 10kg -22lbs- in a month, and i do believe it's possible. My necessity comes up because of my birthday that will be in less than 30 days and i've gain tons of weight. I've never feel good about my body but i want to be skinny in a healthy way, so starvation at this point isn't an option.
So, my question is this, is there any diet that can help me with my pourpouse of losing this many weight in such a short period of time and has it work for you? wich one is it? of course, i don't want those diets that only takes the water out, cuz my figure will be looking exactly the same no matter how many weight i may lose.
Since today i started to do 1 daily hour of gym, 5 days a week.

AND, ANOTHER THING, I DO NOT EAT MEAT, OR CHICKEN, JUST EGGS AND FISH :3

    You should definitely check out the 30day shred by jillian michaels. You might not lose 10kgs, but you should lose a few inches which may be better.
