So, I couldn't figure out why on some recent days I was going WAY over on my sugar, and feeling short changed on my calories. I went back and checked my info, and it turns out that in one of my saved meals I had "3 slices of white onion=144 calories, and 14.5 grams of sugar"!!! Ooops! A little reminder to double check the info you find in the database here.... The good new is I suddenly have over a hundred extra calories for today. Woo hoo!!

lol! I've done that. One time, I put in 10 servings of something instead of 1 and I have no idea how I did that... lol. I was like "WHERE ARE ALL MY CALORIES???!"0
