Yes. I get very hungry when I first start a green tea kick. Hopefully that means my metabolism is going.
Also, I lose a ton of water weight (easily 5lbs in a week). Whether of not there are long term effects, I don't know. I love green tea but I usually forget to drink it unless I have an event I want to drop water weight for (I'm on a kick now. Friend's wedding Saturday!)0 -
Your pee goes nuclear if you take b12 supplements. Only thing I really noticed. If your body doesn't need it, it goes straight out.0

I drink a ton of green tea, snoop 'green tea catechtins' on webmd.com
Weeks when I do go heavy on the tea I lose about a pound more.
What were you thinking about B Vitamins? I haven't noticed any weight loss success but they are a valuable part of brain synapse chemistry and definitely impart a feeling of mellowness.0
