Mindless snacking!

My biggest downfall. SNACKING. I'm not hungry, I had a satisfying dinner. But why am I sat here stuffing my face with bon bons? Why do I crave sweets and chocolate on an evening? I don't snack during the day, but on an evening I eat everything in sight and I'm never usually hungry! I feel like I should eat because I have calories left, but I eat bad stuff and I'm not even hungry.

How do I overcome the snacking monster within?!

    Try my blog: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/iwillbetinytea

I've got lots of different snacks, and one that I classed as meals (some people didn't like that...so just say snack ok). But all really low fat, and low cal (50-100)

    Hope this helps :)

Try to find something you enjoy that is low calorie. I try to always have carrot and celery sticks ready to nibble on (instead of reaching for that cookie or handful of chips.) Last night about an hour after dinner I felt hungry, so I made up a big bowl of lettuce and put on some low calorie dressing and a little shredded Parmesan cheese on top. Got me through the night without anything too unhealthy.
  • Thank you for your reply! I like the sound of having carrots :D They are good to nibble on!
