Recommend Protein supplement?

Hello,

I am following a 12 week lean program below and it requires intake of 175g (1g per pound of weight) of protein per day. I am currently working out but wanted to try this to be more systematic in my goals.

Can you please recommend a protein supplement for days I cannot find the enough food to intake the 175g of protein.

    I'm assuming you are asking about a whey protein, not really a supplement in a pill form? I always just look for whey that is not including other things and has no artificial sweeteners.

    just google whey protein powder. gram for gram its the best stuff out there. I use it to top-up my protein intake within my macro goals.
