I have returned to MyFitnessPal after being away for about a month and a half. I stopped writing my food intake in the daily food journal because I had lost 50 pounds and I became the dreaded "comfortable." Don't do it!!! This journey is for a lifetime, not a quick fix. The weight slowly was creeping back. I would fluctuate between the 260's and the 270's. I wasn't making any progress, but slowly losing ground. Since I have started again charting my daily food intake and my daily exercise regiment the pounds are again beginning to fall off.

What I am saying is, "Keep fighting the battle and don't ever give up!"
