Okay i hope this is not a dumb question but when are you supposed to weigh your food? Before or after cooking. The reason I ask is because when i weight chicken breast it weighs different frozen, raw, and cooked. Which number do i use

I always weigh my food raw. There are so many variables that can effect the calorie count of the cooked item.0

Depends on how the food is listed in the database. If it says chicken breast baked...I measure it after baking, etc.0
