Ok, I'm currently 116lbs, 5'4", 34yrs old. I am looking to tone up that "twin skin" I got. I JUST want to tone up, since I lost the weight last year and have kept it off since August. I know this can add weight, but that its muscle weight, not fat weight. Should I try this?
