Um.. I hope it worked??...
Anyways, I started my lifestyle change in Feb 2013.... I began at 224 and now, 2 months later, I am 192. I walk a good bit, and jog in place, in my living room quite a bit.. I also have found that playing the "DANCE CARDIO" station on Pandora and dancing is a great burn...but my biggest success came from eating 1200 or less calories a day.. cutting soda out of my life besides on occasional diet coke... I pretty much eat whatever I want, so long as I don't go over calories.. Not really much else to say....

    AMAZING!!!!! I can totally see the weight loss in your face! I'm the exact same way! I gain and lose so much in my face.

    Your face was very pretty before, but now it's even MORE stunning! Your eyes are looking bigger and they're standing out more!

    I started at 212 and I am now at 155. You can do this with consistent dedicatoin. It will take time but you will achieve your goals. You look amazing. Good Luck.
