Any other Paleo people out there?

I've been eating paleo for about a month and lost 14 lbs. Not only that, I feel AMAZING! However, I lost a little too much weight. Im down to 106 lbs. My goal is to gain at least 10 lbs of lean muscle mass from heavy lifting and the paleo lifestyle. If you've been there, done that, currently on it or want to try it, feel free to add me!:) I have gained 2 pounds in a week and a half already, eating a caloric surplus. Trend, hoax, or not, I LOVE being paleo!!:)

    That's great that you not only enjoy paleo, but you've been successful on it.

    I wish I could build up the same enthusiasm about it. I eat fairly clean as it is but paleo has been a struggle at times for me. Maybe I should give it another go around...

    Try it again!.."It Starts with Food," wtitten by Dallas and Melissa Hartwig is an amazing book to read about paleo on. Very informative, motivational and to the point! You won't regret it! My acne is clearing up, my dark circles are going away, my hair seems healthier, I no longer get brain fogs, I have way more energy and im still building muscle while losing fat at the same time! AND my digestion has improved remarkably. Definitely changing my life more and more everyday!

    You know what, I think I will. It is worth another shot. I just worry about it being sustainable. I am not a veggie guy so I feel like that cuts out so many options when it comes to food. Most of my success has just come from hard work, proper clean diet and proper sleep.

    I have the book "The Paleo Diet" by Loren Cordain that convinced me to try it the first time. It was a fantastic read!
