Hi Everyone,

I've been on and off MFP for a while now but have had enough of gaining / losing (more gaining than losing!) and not having any sort of structure to my exercise and diet.

I am 30, 5.8 and when I started a week ago I weighed 165 and am looking to get down to 145ish. I tend to be healthy during the week but usually go off the rails over the weekends due to an inability to say no and a love for socialising!!

Please add me if you're in a similar place, would be great to get some motivation and accountability along the way!
