Two questions

First, what's the best way to stretch and build muscle around the area of the leg between the calf and ankle? I'm experiencing some pain and soreness there after runs similar to shin splints but lower in location than typical shin splints. Or is that still shin?

Second, sort of unrelated, but not about to spam two threads, anyone who works retail have any estimate for calories burned during a ~5 hour shift? For cashier (mostly standing in one spot) and floor (more walking)?
