HRM and 30DS

Hi everyone :)
I've been reading other member posts that have said HRMs are not accurate for strength training, so my question is, can you use one for the 30DS? I haven't tried it yet, but from what I gather its a combination of strength and cardio? So would it be accurate?

    Iv used it for 30ds and it seems okay you still burn calories whilst strengthing so should be fine :D

    While doing the shred you may feel like you are burning a ton LOL using my hrm I burn less than 200ish - give or take. Any actual workout I do - I use my HRM. I do not however do any straight weight lifting. I primarily do cardio only or curcuit only.
