HRM and 30DS

I've been reading other member posts that have said HRMs are not accurate for strength training, so my question is, can you use one for the 30DS? I haven't tried it yet, but from what I gather its a combination of strength and cardio? So would it be accurate?

Iv used it for 30ds and it seems okay you still burn calories whilst strengthing so should be fine0

While doing the shred you may feel like you are burning a ton LOL using my hrm I burn less than 200ish - give or take. Any actual workout I do - I use my HRM. I do not however do any straight weight lifting. I primarily do cardio only or curcuit only.0
