2 Week Noob here & going on a Cruise Tomorrow!

Hi All,

Any advice for keeping in Keto while on a cruise would be welcome. My wife and I are just at the end of 2 weeks of Keto and we are relying on the urine keto strips (not sure how accurate they are?).

We plan on continuing on it on the cruise but are not sure if we can relax it much. Given the massive amounts of food being offered, it will be challenging.

Can anyone recommend the best fruits (and Quantities) for us to pick the least Keto damaging choices. All we have at home are apples (and I only have 1/2 at a time) but I know more choices are going to be "offered".
