and I've had 2 breakfast already:grumble: . I have planned out my day in regards to food and so far I'm within my calories but it's only 9am. I fell like I can eat all day. It doesn't help that it is raining outside and very dark and gloomy.
Gotta stay strong and maybe we'll put our rubber boots on and head out anyway cuz otherwise I will eat everything in site!!
Anyone else feel like they can eat a house today?

YES!!! That is one reason why I am taking my son out. If I stay in the house, I will eat everything in it.
Its gloomy here too... Im taking him to the library where he can play and I am not around any food.
I was thinking of going to a mall but..WAYYYY too many food options!!!!!

Well, it is now 4:30pm and I'm official over by 500 calories and I'm certainly not finished.
So this is officially my cheat day and I'm not even upset cuz I know I'll be back on track tomorrow.
This is a lifestyle change and there will be good and bad days and I think I finally get it.
I'll be up at 5:30am and get 1/2 of my workout done before work and do the other half at lunch. I putting this in here because I would like someone to hold me accountable. Please. :bigsmile:
I'm too tired to workout this evening cuz I've been up since 2:30am with my daughter :yawn: (I knew it was gonna be a bad day from the get go lol).

you know...you said that you were too tire to work out today...and I've noticed that when I'm tired..I eat NONSTOP too. Maybe try a quick nap...if that's possible in your schedule. Actually,when the body is tired, it has a hard time realizing its own signals...so hunger and all that..yeah, they're messed up. Good attitude about getting back on track tomorrow:) And...we will hold you to that work out in the morning Good luck:flowerforyou:0
