cabin fever - loss of energy

i have been on a roll losing weight this year and running 3 miles at least 3 times a week. - i know it doesn't seem like much for most of you, but i have a busy lifestyle and messed up schedule that only allows for an hour of structured workout couple times a week, through out the day i normally do little workouts, like running up a few extra flights of stairs, doing pushups or squats when waiting on something, or pacing when on the phone...
anyways 2 weeks ago i got outside for the first time to run and then the next day the weather turned to freezing again, now i have lost my motivation, i need to be outside, i need sunlight, now the treadmill in the basement looks like the most evil thing ever invented. it has been over a week since i ran, i just have no motivation. i am still creating a calorie deficit, so i am not gaining weight back yet, but i need my energy back.
anyone have tips to getting over cabin fever. - and running outside in 30degrees is not a good option for me, i get almost asthmatic in my breathing with the cold, 45 degrees is typically my cut off. right now it is snowing- and not looking like it will go away anytime soon.
