Guys Help Me Out Please

So I never really had the patience to fill out the food diary, but today I did just to check it out. Guys that are into weightlifting give me some advice here please?? Take a quick glance at my diary and tell me what I need to increase. Obviously I know calories I didn't realize I wasn't getting nearly as many as I thought. Suggestions for quick snacks to fill in? This is pretty much my daily diary minus maybe a turkey sandwhich for lunch instead or something. Any help or advice is appreciated.

    I am female, but i do lift at least three times a week and have been weightlifting for over 2 years now so i thought i might write you a response.

    Firstly, your meals are quite small. I would check to see whether you are eating enough calories for your weight, height and age. You can google this information.

    I would focus more on making your main meals larger with a good quantity of protein, carbs and fat, and then limit your snacks.

    Secondly, Can you tell me when you are working out? You should be having a really large post workout meal after you go to the gym to help build muscle. If i had what you had for dinner, i would be SUPER hungry. Also, your post workout meal should include carbs.

    I would suggest sweet potato as my carb of choice.

    You can come check out my diary and see how I eat. I exercise at night time, so you will see my post workout meal is huge, 500 calories! =)
