Turbotax tactics! Hate them!

I have spent over 6 hours on the phone with turbotax reps today! Needed a federal form to attach to my state return. The rep could see it, but I couldn't. I have talked to 4 reps and 1 supervisor, Mike. He finally gave up and said they would refund my state payment since I was going to have to find the form, fill it out, print it, and then mail it. He sent the call back to Anthony and while he was doing the paperwork, we were disconnected. I called back 1:57:21 ago and have been waiting to speak to a supervisor for over an hour. I am not giving up!! I want my refund. All they need to do is add a "Forms": link to online like they have on their desktop version.

I missed lunch, dinner, and NCIS being on the phone with Turbotax! Don't worry--I have a case number and will call them again tomorrow!!! Still on hold. . . .
