Calculating TDEE, with or without exercise?

Hi

I know TDEE does take into account your level of activity but assumes this activity is fairly regular.

The number of classes I do per week varies from 3 to 6 (depending on other commitments, kids etc). Am I better off calculating TDEE as a sedentary person, then work out a deficit for weight loss and use this value on days I don't exercise and then on days that I do exercise, just eat back most of my exercise cals? Or is there a better way to accommodate my irregular yet regular exercise schedule?

I'm still working on understanding all these numbers and how to use them :)

Thanks

if you eat acc to your TDEE ..it counts your exercise as well....for example my TDEE is 2540 and i eat 20% minus TDEE ..that is around 1835....now since it has already calulated my activity level..i dont have to eat my exercise cal back...so on the days when you dont exercise just eat 200-300 cal less than your TDEE..that should manage
