Has anyone made the Hidden Valley Ranch Buttermilk Recipe Dressing using Fat Free Greek Yogurt instead of Mayo? I saw this recipe online and I am curious.

I buy the Bolthouse brand greek yogurt ranch dressing. 45 cals for 2 TBSP and it's amazing. I'm lazy so I would never make my own, lol.
  • Here's one from Clean Eating 2 that I am going to try this week. It has 10 calories per tablespoon.

    5 Tbsp low fat buttermilk
3 Tbsp nonfat plain Greek yogurt
    1/4 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp fresh dill, chopped
    1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
    1 tsp fresh chives, chopped
Sea salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste

Whisk all ingredients together until blended. Store in a sealed container in fridge for up to 5 days

    Per 1 Tbsp serving: calories 10, fat 2 g., sat fat, 0 g., carbs 1 g., fibre 0, sugar 1 g., protein 1 g., sodium 55 mg., cholesterol 1 mg

Have you tried the Salsa Ranch? It's even MORE amazing, and I wouldn't have thought that was possible.

Thats the ranch I have made. 250 calories for the whole container. Super good. I have also mixed the hidden valley ranch dip seasoning in with a container of greek yogurt for a dip for veggies.
