Hi all. I am new to fitnesspal too. My main goal is to shed a handful of kilos, and to really try and eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. I am a terrible night time binger..... and it is really starting to bother me. I hope to share lots with you all,,, and learn lots from you too :)

    Welcome to MFP! This is the best place to help you on your journey to success. Think of it as a life change & not a diet. You will also meet lots of great people who are here to help you on your journey. I didn't eat breakfast before - infact, I saved most of my meals for the evenings - since I've been here I've learned to spread it out to 3 meals with snacks mid morning & mid afternoon. The main thing is not to deprive yourself. I also never exercised (I thought it was too boring) but have found things I enjoy doing that work for me. I also exercise at night & found that has helped curb my appetite and helps me sleep better. Good luck!
